Ken always makes it a point customers are satisfied with their service. He is very professional and responsive. He answered all my questions throughout the whole process. I engaged him in submitting drawings and permits to legally finish my basement in Guelph. He provided architectural and engineering drawings to they City. Guelph is one of the hardest Cities to pass permits on but we were able to get them on time and on agreed budget. He met with the City during inspections to answer any of their concerns. As well, he can complete the construction with his contractors or work with you with portions of it as you need. In the process of completing my basement, I needed to have a below-grade entrance door cut and walkout egress stairs made. I also had to have HVAC condenser moved to another location in the property.
